We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mockberg purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Securely place the product in its original Mockberg gift box and use a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
